Felipe Galvan PA-C

Felipe is a native son of our beloved San Antonio southside. He is a graduate of Texas Military Institute. Felipe enlisted in the Army at age 19 and served his entire enlisted career as a medic, U.S. Army 2nd Ranger Battalion. After 10 years of enlisted service Felipe was commissioned as a second lieutenant He received a Bachelor of Science in 2003 and Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in Family Medicine in 2005, both from The University of Nebraska Health Science Center.

Felipe served multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan for 12 more years and retired as a Major. He has been a PA-C since 2003, practicing in both Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Dermatology. He is also certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He is married to Dr. Amy Kemter Galvan, LCSW, DSW. Combined, they have 6 children. Felipe is a lifetime member of VFW 76. He and Amy enjoy camping, hiking and working out together.
