HOW DOES IT FEEL?

Everyone experiences procedures differently. We use numbing cream before the procedure to optimize comfort. At settings used to treat melasma most patients have very mild discomfort. At settings used for tightening some patients experience a little more intense sensation. This may vary from a mild prickly discomfort to a more moderate sensation. Patient feedback during the treatment is important. Our goal is to administer the treatment in the mild discomfort range. If you have more moderate discomfort we will adjust the intensity of the treatment based on your feedback.

HOW LONG DOES THE TREATMENT TAKE?

The actual treatment takes about 30 min - 1 hr depending on the area to be treated.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS DO I NEED?

Most physicians find that three to six treatments, spaced four to six weeks apart provide the optimal experience and outcome for patients.
