Dr. Lenz received her medical degree in 2012 from the University of Virginia, where she earned the Glasgow-Rubin Women’s Achievement Award for graduating at the top of her medical school class. Following her internship at Brooke Army Medical Center, she had the proud distinction of serving as a U.S. Air Force flight surgeon, providing care for active duty pilots and their families while accruing over one hundred flying hours including combat zone missions. After her tour as a flight surgeon, she completed residency for dermatology at Wilford Hall Medical Center in Lackland Air Force Base, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Lenz began her military dermatology career as the Academic Director for the Joint Base San Antonio Dermatology Residency Program and Assistant Professor of Dermatology for the Uniformed Services University. In 2021, she transitioned to civilian life and joined Dermatology San Antonio where she is now a partner and owner of the practice. Dr. Lenz is a board-certified dermatologist and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and has a profound interest in treating dermatologic conditions in skin of color. Dr. Lenz specializes in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, with expertise in diagnosing and treating conditions such as psoriasis, rosacea, acne, and skin cancer. She finds skin cancer surgery and the removal of benign growths, including lipomas and cysts, to be especially rewarding. Her cosmetic services include injectable fillers, neurotoxins, Ulthera for skin tightening, Kybella for submental fat reduction, and laser treatments for rosacea and facial redness. Known for her personalized approach, Dr. Lenz customizes every treatment plan to meet each patient’s individual needs, delivering consistent, natural, and beautiful results. Patients often share that they leave their appointments feeling refreshed and confident like the most vibrant version of themselves. Dr. Lenz enjoys hiking our National Parks, working out at barre classes, and eating pasta. She loves traveling and spending time with her husband, sons, and rescue dog.

Dr. McCarroll has had a great deal of experience in private practice and clinical research and continues to play a key role within the practice. Dr. Jarrod P. Odom, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist committed to patient-centered care and empowering patients to understand the complexities of skin health and overall wellness. A native of Baytown, Texas, Dr. Odom earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

Dr. Aubrey Montebello is a board-certified dermatologist dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate care. She values building strong relationships with her patients and takes a collaborative approach to diagnosis and treatment. Her clinical interests include complex medical dermatology, autoimmune and inflammatory skin conditions, contact dermatitis, and cosmetic dermatology, with a focus on delivering natural-looking, individualized results.

Dr. Kate Edwards is a Board Certified Dermatologist specializing in both medical and surgical dermatology. She also has a special interest in cosmetic dermatology, including Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and lasers. She believes in a tailored and balanced approach to each patient’s treatment plan, considering skin type, age, ethnicity, and one’s personal goals and beauty standards.

PA Galvan has more than 20 years’ experience as a physician assistant. He specializes in general dermatology for patients of all ages, but also offers some cosmetic services such as Botox and Dysport.

Heather started her career in the salon/spa environment but soon realized her goal was to work in a medical setting. A few of her favorite treatments to perform are Micro-needling, lasers, and RF. Her large following of patients is a testament to her commitment to patient outcomes, safety and efficacy.
Erica is well-versed in our medical-grade product lines and treatment options.
